We have a formal procedure in place to handle any complaints or appeals raised by clients or stakeholders. Once a concern is received, it is acknowledged promptly and assessed by our Quality Manager. Each case is carefully evaluated to understand the root cause, and appropriate corrective or preventive action is taken based on the nature and seriousness of the issue.
All complaints and appeals are addressed independently to ensure impartiality. We aim to resolve every case within 15 days. If the issue remains unresolved or the response is not satisfactory, the matter can be escalated to our Managing Director, whose decision will be considered final.
