Our organization does not provide consultancy, training, or internal audits to clients under any assessment scheme to avoid conflicts of interest. A dedicated Impartiality Committee regularly reviews and monitors impartiality risks and ensures transparency in operations. All personnel act with integrity, declare potential conflicts, and uphold confidentiality. Continuous monitoring through audits and reviews ensures compliance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and PADD-QCI HRAA requirements, reinforcing trust and confidence among clients and stakeholders.

All personnel, including auditors and field inspectors engaged in on-site operations, must handle information with the utmost discretion and diligence to prevent any compromise that could result in reputational, legal, or financial consequences.
